Oracle Illustrations, LLC was formed in March 2006 by Tonya Helman. She received her Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems with an emphasis in Web Development and her Masters of Business Administration from Bellevue University.

She also is the co-founder and CEO of a non profit organization Sweethearts for Soldiers that performs troop entertainment, hand delivers care packages and produces a annual military calendar. This was developed from her experience with 14 tours overseas to over 20 countries including Egypt, Iraq, Afghanistan, Guam and Cuba, performing for the troops, our true heros.
